Walt Disney Countdown Is On!!!

Fridays hockey game Bathurst vs Lewiston was super. It just shows that Bathurst has major playoff potential when it can beat the number 1 ranked hockey team 8-3. Its a new Titans, watch out Wildcats and Mooseheads cause the titans are going to bust some heads.It was pretty funny sitting in front of me at the game were a bunch of Indian women , turns out it was Chad Dennys mom and family from Cape Breton. He wears # 3 for lewiston and was drafted number 2 for the Atlanta Thrashers , a big boy. The catcalls form the crowd were "put the fat ass on" and "give him a hamburger" lol Got to love sitting behind the bench. Saturday went 4wheeling with James and a dad and kid from hockey. The trails were pretty bad cause of the warmer temperatures and a rally that day with 600 4wheelers. Sunday James hockey practice. Im a assistant coach for James team. Its fun to be on the ice again and my skating is getting better.That afternoon James had a birthday party at the bowling alley.Hes 7 years old going on 15 lol hes a real good kid! Thursday morning we take off at 4am for Walt Disney where were staying at the Carribean Resort on walt disney . It should be interesting to stay on the resort, hoping to check out the night time activites, the polynesian resort, animal kingdom. tower of terror. plus going to universal and sea world. Cant Wait. Will try to check in before we take off. Oh yeah Raptors continue to kick butt... Go Raps

SPCA Book Sale

yeah so I stopped at the spca book sale in Bathurst. I went to it last year so I knew it was usually pretty good> The old guy that works there is pretty cool he let me take this turntable for free just to see if it works good if it does he said to come back and give what I thought was fair lol I think it was a good one in its time , its a Sunsui fr-d25 made in Japan with a strobe light.What you think its worth? e-bay?...I picked up 11 albums all in excellent condition: Bob Dylan Street Legal , Pink Floyd Dark Side Of The Moon , Styx Crystal Ball , Buddy Holly Lives , Queen A Kind Of Magic , Queen Hot Space , Billy Joel Piano Man , 1755 , Charme dhawaii , Fleetwood Mac Live , The Steve Miller Band Book Of Dreams plus a 10 record box set called Canadian Folk Songs by the cbc. For books I got Robots And Empire by Isaac Asimov (a first edition), To The Stars by Robert Heinlein , 1967 by Pierre Berton , Breaking the Rules a Charles Barkley basketball book and Steve Jobs The Journey Is The Reward a book on the rise of Apple computers . Not a bad haul . Im going to post some picks of my new 10 speed bicycle I got the other day. I tell you the junk is good up north...

Thin Ice

Went for a little ride on the 4wheeler this time I brought the camera. I was surprised to see the ocean, last time I was down this way in Le Goulet it was all covered in ice. I hope this means summer is coming. Bathurst won last weekends hockey game 7-2 It was a rough game with the pentaly full most of the game. The Titans play Lewiston tomorrow night. Lewiston is leading the division in points, should be a good game. This weekend its the snowmobile ice drags in Bathurst will try to make it and post some pics

Just getting ready to go to Bathurst for the big hockey game. The Titans against the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies, where ever rouyn noranda is? The huskies are just coming off 2 wins so they might be tired, the Titans will have to hit them early if they want to win. Bathurst is about a hour drive from Shippagan but at least the weather is nice here today , sunny and no wind. Usually the wind is blowing all the time. Remember me saying the cops are bad here well this morning at around 10 I had to drive thru a roadblock 10 friggin oclock on a Sunday morning . I think their still pissed about the riots here 4 yrs ago when they burned all the fishig boats. Life in small town New Brunswick... Later Skaters

Man the Raptors are kicking butt. I hope they can keep it up after the all-star weekend. Vince Carter is such a bum, the Raptors are better off without him. Vince is not a team player!!!... We got hit with a snowstorm last night so no school today. I put 150 km on the 4wheeler yesterday, got lost in the woods I was driving in circles it was real freaky all the trees look the same, almost ran outta gas but all in all a fun day.Survivor tonight, later,

2 years since treatment finished

Its been 2 years since James finished his cancer treatments!!! We just got back from Halifax last night at about 11 pm, just as I was rolling into town got pulled over by the police for speeding. The police are terrible here, it was the third time ive gotten stopped at the same freakin place, each time warnings. Im a slow learner. Yeah so everything went fine we wont have to go back to IWK for another 6 mnths , thank God. I bought a new truck Its a 2500 chev quad cab diesel I like it, the Jeep was a peice of shit , hard on gas and the ride and transmission sucked!! Its cold here again -15 plus the wind 3 weeks of straight cold we need some snow just so it will warm up abit, Ill post pics of truck later..HAPPY VALETINES DAY!!!!!

What happened to the Bears? Sundays game was classic super bowl, too bad chicago lost... not much new, Toronto Raptors have been kicking butt. I won 100$ on proline last Saturday, first time I won anything betting but lost the nxt day thanks to Montreal. Ive been looking for a new truck the lease on my jeep is almost finished.
